Every 20 minutes we check the cheapest round trips from your home airport to hundreds of destinations. When a fare falls well below its usual price, it lands in your inbox.
- Pick your home airportToronto, Montréal, Ottawa or New York / Newark. Deals always leave from there, so every email is one you could actually use.
- We track every route, all dayThe cheapest fare to each destination for the next 8 months, refreshed every 20 minutes. That's about 1,500 prices per airport.
- We compare against real historyA fare only counts as a deal when it's far below that route's own 30-day median: roughly 40% off, or several hundred dollars under. No invented "regular prices".
- A person checks itWe drop fares with an airport change mid-trip, very long layovers, or a price that's already gone, and confirm the rest still hold.
- You book directlyThe email has the dates, stops, bag info and a link. You book on the airline or travel agency's site. We never handle your payment for the flight.
What makes a fare a deal
Most "deal" emails compare against a price nobody ever paid. We store what each route actually cost every day, then compare today's fare with the median of the last 30 days. If the history is too thin (under a week), we don't send it at all.
- At most one stop each way. Nothing that has you crossing a city between airports.
- Real dates. Every deal comes with dates that were bookable when we checked.
- The honest comparison. "Usually $1,800" means our own 30-day median for that route and month.
Where the prices come from
Prices come from the Aviasales flight-search cache through the Travelpayouts partner program: fares that real travellers found in recent searches. We don't scrape airline websites. Because cached prices can be up to a couple of days old, we re-check a deal before it goes out, and some fares disappear quickly anyway.
How often you'll hear from us
At most one email a day, and only when something clears the bar. Some weeks that's daily, some weeks it's twice. You can switch to a weekly roundup any time.
What we don't do
- We're not a travel agency and don't sell tickets.
- We can't hold a price, change a booking or get you a refund from an airline.
- We don't sell or rent your email address.
