Terms of service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms apply to the Clonely website and email service, operated by Clonely ("we", "us"). By signing up you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What we provide

Clonely is an information service. We email flight fares that appear to be well below their usual price, with links to third-party sites where you may book them. We are not a travel agency and do not sell, reserve or issue tickets.

2. Prices and availability

Fares come from third-party sources and change constantly. A price we show may be gone, higher, or carry different conditions (baggage, change fees, fare class) by the time you look. We don't guarantee any price, availability, schedule or itinerary, and we're not responsible for the content of third-party sites.

3. Your booking

Any booking is a contract between you and the airline or travel agency. Payments, tickets, baggage, changes, cancellations, refunds and travel documents (passports, visas, health requirements) are your responsibility and theirs. Contact them for anything about your trip.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and give a valid email address. Use the service for your own personal travel. Don't resell, republish or redistribute our deal emails without written permission.

5. Premium membership

6. Emails and unsubscribing

By signing up you agree to receive deal emails and related service messages. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. Cancelling Premium and unsubscribing are separate: see section 5.

7. Affiliate links

Some links earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you. See the Affiliate disclosure.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from a fare, a booking, or a third-party site. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived, including the Québec Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and email Premium members about material changes before they take effect.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply there. Contact: Clonely, 6500 Rte Transcanadienne, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 0A5, Canada, [contact email].
